Cops are supposed to be held to higher standard. For any individual on the street to commit theft in excess of $10K it would lead to a prison term. For these cops to walk away with probation is appalling.

only 17 cases out of 67 found guilty.. so there were/are people not able to get out bc they couldn’t prove he 100% planted drugs. I just wonder what they did to everyone he arrested. I mean the guy was planting drugs on every person he pulled over. He made over 100 arrests in one year, i want to know what happened to those people and if their charges were dropped.
