2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of Butter
Cheddar Cheese
Provolone Cheese
Seasonings (Himalayan pink salt, fresh black pepper)
Herbs (Chives)
Dijon Mustard
Mayonaise
Instructions for making a fluffy separated egg sandwich :
- First, get 2 small containers, and separate the whites from the yolks with your 2 eggs, and whisk the yolks.
- Now in your pan, using an egg form put in some butter, as well as your egg whites and fry.
- Do the same process with the egg yolks.
- Now on a plate, layer your egg white patty, followed by a slice cheddar cheese, then a slice of provolone cheese, and then your egg yolk patty.
- Season with Himalayan pink salt and fresh black pepper, and some chopped chives. Add a couple little sides of dijon mustard and mayo and viola!
