Just a thought about partners doing 50/50:
Every parent does/could do 100/100! In their way!
For example Jess did 100% by breastfeeding, bonding, changing diapers etc.. and Gabe did 100% by providing whatever he was able to!
Marriage/relationships/ parenting are NOT 50/50! It’s always 100/100!
LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!
😍😍😍

My sister and I are 8 years apart and we have an incredible bond so I don’t think having kids closer or further apart is what really makes the bond be stronger. I think is more raising them to be good to each other and always be there for one another.

Also, I think y’all need to have like a weekly podcasty vlog here on YouTube 🥲🥹

I really like how even after watching J&G for years. They still remain genuine and always give an honest insight about everything in these podcast style videos! 🙌

You guys did it perfectly! Having that 1 on 1 time with each other before having a baby is so smart and truly important.

Gabe using “I’m homeschooled” as an excuse is always hilarious😂

Y’all, I love this content! So chill and easy to listen to/watch. You should definitely consider making a podcast if you haven’t already!

I’ve been watching you guys from Day 1 matured with you guys and let me tell you I’m so so happy that there are still people like you guys in this world. I pray everyday and I see everyone around me is so lost this Gen Z or whatever it’s called. Everyone is so lost. Lost their morals, self respect, everyone for some reason do not believe in any kind of religion. Not even in God in general. I’ve felt so helpless the more we grow up and see the world around all I do is pray make myself a better person and you guys truly are inspiring, I found the love of my life and he is just like me. In a sense I feel like both of us are just like you two in the way you view the world and just watching you so many years. I will watch this video with him and show him you guys for the first time since we want kids as well and have a conversation on the same points, and I will guarantee he will also be so happy there are such good people with their head in the right place. He will be so shocked to see you guys cause we honestly get worried seeing how the world has become, especially social media. How you guys are the only YouTubers who are sane, I’ve even watched that you don’t put your child’s face in screen in a way for content creation that their is still humility and humanity left. From what I’ve seen all these years I can only say I love you guys from an outsiders view on what you allow to be seen but I’m proud of you guys and I love you guys, I pray for your continued Christian growth with the Lord and for Mikaih’s, to not be thrown any wrong path which I strongly won’t believe will happen but the more prayers the better. I don’t typically like to leave comments like these, since I don’t believe many people deserve it. But you guys are honestly the only exception. I pray for you guys your family that has been created and your family’s as well. For you guys are true souls 🙏 Amen.

I just love how intentional you guys are with each other, and it made me realise that the relationship I just got out of would not give me the kind of support I would need for the future I envision myself to have. Thank you for showing me how a relationship built on mutual trust and respect looks like <3 I grew up not having the opportunity to witness healthy relationships and I am so thankful that I chanced upon your channel all those years ago. I really appreciate the both of you.

Gabe is such a supportive husband🥺♥️ I totally agree with Jess about breastfeeding… I gave up on it and started to use formula three months after childbirth.

I really appreciated Y’all making this video. I feel like I’m todays society the joys of parenting isn’t talked about very much. It seems frowned upon sometimes. It makes me so happy to see how much y’all sharing how good parenting is! I can’t wait for my husband and I to be parents one day! I love you guys!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I’m really happy you addressed Milo. I’m 29 weeks pregnant and I’m so nervous my four year old cuddly dog will feel left out. Happy to hear the baby and the pup can play together 🐶❤

I see so many couples who travel with babies. A lot of people use the excuse of “oh we can’t travel because of kids”
Kids aren’t necessarily an obstacle. yes, it may be difficult at times. But it’s not like y’all are climbing Mount Everest. my cousin and her husband dedicate their lives to traveling and have been since their baby was only a few months old. it’s a beautiful thing.

Re the Milo comment: animals also have babies and they have a vague understanding of what a baby is. We have a two month old and two cats who are very doted on. And from the moment we brought the baby home they seemed to understand that she was a new and vulnerable member of the “pack”. I feel like they kind of “get it” when we ignore them a bit to fuss over the baby. They are also really sweet with the baby and always run to shepherd us over to her when she starts crying.
