That’s when you implement a federal jobs guarantee program. There is no end to what needs to be done. Urban renewal, green energy transition and maintenance, daycares, schools, parks, lakes workshops .... you name it

this is contradicting the narrative that Europe is aging. and therefor needs external migration. the truth is that yes, Europe is aging. but manufacturing jobs have been shipped to global south. there are no vacant good jobs.
