I wonder which way is better? This way with the camera on top (how much low visibility it’s there the closer you get to the camera?) or the other way upside down (how much visibility would you have the closer you come above the camera?)

I have one with the camera on the bottom and up against a wall like this. It’s a lil higher up so I don’t need to see anything above that height, but need to see things below it lol.

But my other one is mounted in a “hanging” style and about 3-4 feet away from the wall (backyard installed to the underside of our patio roof/ceiling) so I can literally see everything around it 360 degree visibility.

That’s the selling point for me at least, it being able to not only look side to side but UP and DOWN lol. Gotta make the most out of it imo.

I typically just go hand tight plus a little with a leatherman. I have 26 wyze also on this unit you’re gonna want to mount it upside down to be able to tilt straight down and see below.

Don't use a drill. Use a Phillips screwdriver. It only takes two seconds, and you'll be able to feel the moment the plastic is just about to break.

Almost snapped that mount with the drill. Next time turn the plastic chuck down to 2 or 3 and make sure the screw switch is toggled. It won’t twist your wrist off that way

Video doesn't even talk about the title at all... it doesn't talk about if the camera is any good. It shows how to install it. Using a power drill.... that could break the camera. I know he has already commented that next time he will use the proper tool. Why not just delete the video so that people don't break their camera? I would care more about people breaking their camera then losing my views

Have 10 cameras, 2 lightbulbs y 4 connectors. Only able to have 4 cameras working. The 4 cameras have SD card but only 2 record? Just trash.
