Holy moley!! I have been doing single muscle ups for a year. I just watched your video and was able to chain four in a row. I was so ecstatic when I got it I almost fell off. Lol. Thanks sooo much!!

My friend, you are my hero! I've been doing a single MU for a while and I could never string multiples. After watching this video, I can now string 5 in a row! My main fault was raising my legs on the descent (L-sit). Thank you very much!

. Keeping close to the bar and maintaining the hollow position was my issue.
I was throwing my shoulders and back away from the bar at the top while loosing tension in my hips / legs in a misguided attempt to improve my kip
.After watching this video i instantly chained together 3 reps for the first time.
Much appreciated.

Thank you for the tips! I can do 1 muscle up but can't do continuous, I had to start over again.. But then I found this video and everything was makes sense now, I can do continuous muscle up! 👍

I am 80 and cannot do much; however. in 1965>1966 when a student at UVa I could do 43 consecutive strict double muscle-ups without kipping. I attained this number by practice over several years. Have any of you ever done or know of another man who can do 43?

Great video but I still can't finish my BMU. I feel like I'm strong enough, got a stron kip, can pull myself high but when I'm up there I just can't do the turnover. I get my chest over the height of the bar and then come back straight down.

Great tips! My second muscle up is clumsy coz after i let my grip slide while goin down its tough to get back to the hook grip when I am on top of the bar...any help will be appreciated.

I got my first BMU about 6 month ago and still cannot link them together( I don't do a hook-grip...but probably should reteach myself...you think that could be a problem too?
