Man thanks to your advice i finally maneged to get out of silver in 2 pretty easy steps. First i started queueing for jungle or top instead of ADC and then I make sure to gank mid since bot has no agency anyways.

Had the enemy Aphelios leave lane 13/0 and our mid Fizz and me as Rammus still completly rolled over him

Range advantage mattered when champions didn't have 25 gap closers in their kit. Now mages are more nimble and can kill you in 2 spells (without the ult), assassins can just get to you from over 4 walls, fighters will negate your damage and just run you off and, finally, tanks will engage and CC you for 3 decades.

In theory, ADCs should do damage but be squishy cause of their range, but tanks and bruisers literally have so much movement in their kits/cc. Then on top of that, they can do builds which keep them tanky but also do as much damage as an ADC. Making ADC trivial. Would you rather play a lane where you are reliant on your partner since sup and adc make up one whole champ and you cant make a single mistake or a champion that can make a mistake, still tank, kill, and be independent? ADC just a shit role. In order to balance ADC, give them a form of CC or at least more dash like mechanics. Or, somehow remove dashes from tanks and heavy CC from tanks, make them tankier to makeup for it, and make it that if one chooses to build tank, their kit cant do massive damage when they arent building damage.
