Hi parth, it's like pieces are falling on their places for me.. I have actually deleted all my social media apps and haven't visited them any since past 21 days after watching Netflix original the Social dilemma.
Good to know you are doing great brother.

My phone stopped working 3 months back! I didn't get one nor repair it. Just using my laptop for online classes and YouTube for exam preparations! To be honest it feel really good without notifications from Instagram or Whatsapp.

This is just amazing, precisely because of the sheer relevance of FOMO at this point in time, agree with all the points and it does work wonders since I reduced my intake per day to about 30 minutes and it’s just more positivity altogether !

Hi, Parth such nice content it is. I like this and from the view of social media, I started reducing time on social media platforms Like Facebook, Instagram, and others from the past 2 months. Now I can live without Instagram and Facebook for a week. I also forgot which picture I post on Facebook and it is most probably more than 1 year back that I post something on Facebook. And I think that now I use Social media max one to one and a half hours. I use Whats app for regular communication and using Instagram for getting some good news content. and on Facebook, I follow some groups regarding the Educational and Immigration purpose and different types of exams whIch i have to give for study In the US or any other country. And I think I am quite happy these days by reducing social media times. One of the major disadvantages of social media is that people just show the end products mainly luxurious products and by seeing this most people start finding some shortcuts and how to get those products and in real life, and from my point of view shortcuts are much worst.

I really love this new phase of the things you have been talking about. It’s not always easy to put these things into perspective and you do it beautifully. Life is always changing and it’s great that you want a social media detox due to whatever personal reason you have, Parth. There was a time when you felt that the MS related content was worth talking about and having followed your channel for so long, I have enjoyed every thing I have learned from you, right down to this video. I repeat, right down to this video.
Your words, your channel and your life are your own, and I am enjoying this new phase where you talk about things that we often overlook once we settle down in the lifestyle that becomes a norm after an MS (I understand and agree that this may not be the case for everyone, just saying in general).

I realized the same two months back.
The amount of time spent wasn't equal to the value I was adding in my life.
From then onwards, been installing insta only on Sundays to browse for about an hour and then uninstalling it back
