I don't consider my duo as a phone, I call it a communicator as that is what it accels at.

I had the Duo 1 and loved it... until Microsoft abandoned it. I was cautiously optimistic about the Duo 2 until Microsoft failed to deliver on its promise to keep it updated. Again.

If you didn't buy the Original duo then you shouldn't buy a Duo 2. The duo 2 cost too much but if you bought The duo you could trade it for $600. I got a $850 trade in as a promtion when it first came out but main thing about the duo 2 is it cost way too much and most people can get a better all around phone for half the price. Duo 2 is nice and is my daily driver and i have a z fold 3 too. I just like the Duo 2 hardware better but not worth $1600.
