I tried fighting the Wither in bedrock edition. Earlier I made a video about how Minecraft java is way too easy and how insanely easy the wither fight is. Many people in the comments said I should try bedrock, so I did!

And it was nerfed on bedrock, before it used to basacally kill you if it trew one head at you, even if you had prot 4 diamond armor.
Now the biggest problems are the explosion and the Wither skeletons that spawn

wither in bedrock:

Health:
Easy: 300 (150)
Normal: 450 (225)
Hard: 600 (300)

Upon noticing a player or mob, the wither flies to a random location and hovers in place. It shoots 3 black wither skulls and one blue wither skull before flying to another location.

At half health, it causes a large explosion that spawns 3 wither skeletons (except on Easy difficulty), as well as gaining wither armor. Instead of flying to a random location, it dashes toward its target, destroying blocks and damaging mobs in its path. It also fires up to 4 skulls per burst: three black skulls followed by one blue skull.

The wither on our realm killed us all. For a long time in the chunk where the old neighborhood was at had the darkness over it for months. I finally said the hell with it and single handedly took it on and claimed the hollowed lava ruin of a cave as my lair. I am a hero on the realm.

Fun fact:
The regeneration in Bedrock took way longer than in Java. And mobs, also the bosses (Wither and Ender dragon) will act differently depending on the difficulty you're playing.

Fr tho with the projectile immunity + wither skellies + eight million blocks broken to bring your framerate down to 4 frames a sec (all when it reaches half health), it's a decently good threat and pretty fun

The bedrock wither used to be even more OP due to a bug that lasted for a very long time. The wither effect you received from it was bugged, and it was essentially a death sentence as it would NEVER go away unless you drink milk. Even if you drank milk you'd just get withered again. The only way to beat the wither normally while that bug was active was to eat a lot of god apples, and after the wither dies drink some milk.
On top of that, health regeneration on bedrock still takes FOREVER compared to java.

I tried that tunnel thing. It dug itself out and destroyed my base, the nearby village, my farms, killed my animals, and pretty much put an end to a fun survival world that I liked.

The Bedrock Wither is like an upgraded version of the Java Wither

The Java wither is not only a lot lamer and has way less attacks and mechanics to it, but it also has half the amount of HP as the Bedrock one has… I seriously don’t know why they haven’t updated the Java Wither to be like this as well, it feels like an old outdated Wither in comparison, this is the only thing Bedrock edition did right

1. Shouldn’t have spawned it underground like in java.
2. He was wearing iron armour.
3. U can’t damage it at that stage with arrows on java too.
