Beat the wither and dragon together
Beat the wither with no weapons
Beat the wither at night
Beat the wither in the nether
Beat the wither while flying( ex: use elytra, or fly with your trident, etc)
Let snow golems and iron golems take the wither down
Beat the wither while protecting some mobs
If that wasn't enough I have a lot of more ideas

Hardest and the most annoying way to kill the wither
1.divide his health by 4
2. When the first part was gone throw everything in your hot bar(you can pick it up again)
3. When the second part was gone drink all the stews in the game🤣
4. When the third part was gone make an active beacan in front of him
5. When he was close to dying get back and let it heal back to 1 4th of his health
6.after you killed him brake an obsidian with your hand😁

Quick tip. Use nine melons to make a melon block (like how you would make an emerald block with nine emeralds). Once you have the melon block put it into a crafting table on it's own, just like how you put an emerald block into a crafting table you get nine emeralds, this time you will get melon seeds if you put a melon into a crafting table.
