The second cleanse doesnt hydrate you. First cleanse is to remove make up, dirt, & debris. 2nd cleanse is to use a skin type targeted cleanser. (antiaging cleanser, hydrating cleanser, foaming cleanser, etc)

So you mean to tell me poc been doubling washing for years? Cause i wash first with a hard wooden brush got at 5below and then a wash rag to just soften the skin
