Driving in 2 lanes on roundabout 1. No mirror or blind spot check leaving roundabout 1. Enterered roundabout 2 with left signal left on from last roundabout which could could have potentionally mislead another manouver. There was also no need to stop at the first rounadabout as visibility was clear.
