This PH Water quality tester can be used for fish tank water or drinking water to test the PH levels to find if your tap water is acidic or if your drinking water is alkaline and how alkaline. It comes with packets to calibrate your PH tester but are not necessarily required unless you get a bad read. I was able to use this PH Tester and confirm my tap water was more alkaline than purified water which was more acidic, with my tap water being around 7.5 PH and my purified drinking water being between 6 and 7 PH.

You are wrong. If you check PH Scale, Anything below 7.0 is acidic, and anything above 7.0 is alkaline, or basic. You are drinking acidic water
