the nose is like a ‘Sabre Tooth Tiger’, thusly the name Sabre Jet,
also referenced by Chuck Berry in his song, Run, Run Rudolph

Met Steve Hinton at an air show a while back.  Nice guy.  And what a great job to have!

Thank you for the reply.
F-86F180 sets were lent to Japan Air Self Defense Force by the American government in the 1950s.
It retired in 1982.
JASDF's F-86 which remained was returned to the United States.
I investigated, when the body which is restored and is flying was also in it.
Thanks

I have been moved deeply in 1995, finding that the zero of PLANE OF FAME possession and P-51 flew in the demonstration at the Ryugasaki airfield.

Wonder if you have plans for an F-4 Phantom in the future? Such an awesome platform.

The F-86 did not go to Japan. If you mean the A6M-5 Zero, which did go to Japan, its on its way back to Chino now.

She's a beauty. I'm looking forward to the next airshow I go to, to have one of these.
By the way, do you own this plane?
