Every time u icy shoes u don't have to be that type of person who can't even wait a couple hours u in a rush or sum ur supposed to leave em in hot sun for 2 hours or 3 it's not 30 min or 40 that is just dumb it takes time

Do you know if UV light is required for this? Some people say only heat and no UV light is needed.
