There's no way that they make the macarons every time. Also, they probably have more than one person doing a job. So the fact that you got so much done (whilst having to swap out the caramel pans) all on your own in a little over four hours is nothing short of impressive.

It's pretty, but it doesn't sound like those things go together AT ALL. To me, caramel, chocolate, manga, passionfruit, ginger, the white chocolate & caramel thing, the macaron... just way too much going on. I don't get why anyone would ever pay $200 for that O_O
Now, just the homemade salted caramel soft serve, I'd take that in a heartbeat.

2) I would love to see a behind the scenes- how disastrous does your kitchen/workspace get when filming? What's your prep like? Do you ever turn off the cameras, scream into a pillow, and then start working again?
