Cerulean Blue Watercolor

Cerulean blue is perfect for all sorts of skies and can also mix soft lilacs, fresh greensand pale skin tones.

I'm at about 17 minutes and looking at the bottom two rows of swatches. There are blue flecks showing up in all of them. Beautiful.
