What a godsend! Love drills #1 & #4 You punch and move to another position to punch again instead staying in one spot. MORE OF THESE PLEASE!

I have been slowly making my way through all of your videos, supplementing the training I am getting with my group weekly. The main coach of my group made a comment last week that "those Tony Jeffries videos are really working" and that he is noticing an improvement every single week. I realize I have never properly thanked you. Thank you Tony Jeffries! You are slowly molding this primordial ooze into a boxer. Love and respect from Canada

I've been loving these 'no equipment' hole workout series because I think it really makes boxing training more accessible! I especially liked the video where it's just like a follow-along 20-minute workouts with your wife. Keep up the good work!

Hello coach, I started boxing about 2 months ago because your videos inspired me to start and I can surely say it is one of the best things I could've done with my life. Thank so much master Jeffries <3

It looks so easy, but it is so hard to master when you have zero knowledge in boxing and are just throwing punches with zero technique. I am 43 years old and love watching combat sports such as boxing and MMA. This year, I want to add boxing to my training routine, and oh boy, I was not expecting it to be this hard
But thanks to your videos, I can get into the details of how the technique works.

Here's a video idea you and your wife could do together. Since she's a nurse based on something I'm currently experiencing, I will have two weeks left to prepare for a fight if I recover as fast as I'm hoping anyway .What should a boxer do if they give us a VA respiratory infection and flu during their training camp? How do they recover and is it possible that they can still take the fight? Or just how should boxers handle when they're sick? can they return to training? I know the obvious is go to the doctor and that's being done, but I would love to hear your advice or if you've ever experienced something similar
