Isn't it common knowledge that a renter needs to repaint/remove decals, etc. when they return the property? It's also kind of telling that the Defendant rambles on about something has nothing to do with the case at all. The Plaintiff may be slightly dramatic, but the Defendant seems to have her head in the clouds and is all over the place.
