- Wrath was shelved not scrapped, so they could eventually continue development.
- The stuff they do have finished could be added to the new pantheon activity coming in Frontiers.

"high cost" yeah no. Apparently it's not good enough that instead of investing in the game he's keeping afloat he's gotta use his cars he won't even drive. (SIVA enjoyer here, honestly just so pissed off that I don't even have the energy to be mad about anything. Keeping all that negativity really fucking hurts.)

I figured this would happen because bungie wasnt willing to bring the whole cosmodrome back. They were not totally keen on siva coming back beyond zero hour

See this is the problem, Bungie only cares about the money they can milk out of players, and when they release a dlc, they only care about how much it makes, not if the players like it or not. The final shape is an excellent example.
