I just can't understand the point of ordering long pasta (spaghetti for example) and then cutting it. if you prefer short pasta..order short pasta!

I have to say that actually is very rare to find someone that could really give up evrything to have a 'riposo': maybe fifty years ago for someone was possible in southern Italy to find it, but today I don't know anybody that have a rest in the middle of a working day
