My first try today to charge at EVGo with my Model Y. First station, both chargers inop. Next station, two chargers wouldn't start with the card or the app. The card did nothing, and with the app, communications between the charger and the car wouldn't work. There was an attempt at communication, but it timed out .... I then went to a ChargePoint and the EVGo card worked like a charm. One swipe and plug in. Just a few seconds to get going. What's up with the EVGo chargers?
