Why does the legislation also state that the UFI should be written in the safety data sheet? This should make for a good guarantee that the product matches the safety data sheet.

Where I can start to see infos for registration of UFI? It will need only for dangerous or even non-hazardous mixtures?

But seems like the echa can see into the future. the video is from 2018, and on the map the following countries are also EU members:
Norway, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey.?
