All small companies must to register their formulations on ECHA even when importing less than 1 tonne per year?

thank you, but I miss one point. If I generate my UFI (with my VAT and my internal product number), where I need to go for the submission? Can you "translate" the country codes that we submitted last years, in UFIs number?
