I wear skinny jeans everyday and most of the time to bed. The only pants I own are skinny jeans so I'm kinda scared something's gonna happen now.

This actually happened to me because I used to wear skinny jeans every day and wore them until night. Then, after I switched to different underwear and more boot cut jeans and I've never had a problem since.
