I was looking up, when i was singing on my walk yesterday, it was pooring rain, i put on my rain coat, and rain pants and i was good to go, the rain did stop on the way back, so that was nice, , was tired after 4 hours of walking and singing, i even let loose and sang out loud, it was so many emotions at once is the best way to descibe it.

This hypnosis felt off for me because I am not in a safe place nor am I anywhere near being able to meet my needs. I had to come out of it before it was finished.

For some reason the sound quality wasn't as good as normal... it almost felt like a bootleg copy that ended too abruptly. That's unfortunate as these sessions are normally wonderful.
