Meat is king. After 5 years of keto and carnivore these are my foods I eat everyday For the last year now. Ground beef 85/15, ribeye steak, eggs, avocado, sour cream, butter, blueberries, blackberries, and less than 2 oz of raw cheese a day. My body runs perfectly on this and I crave for nothing else.

The more information I read on what we consume, the more confused I become. So veggies were this great combination with meats and some carbs on your plate in moderate portions alongside fruits throughoutthe day, then came the vegetarians who swear of the health benefits of eating that way, now this carnivore diet. Not to mention what doctors say which contradict themselves by the way.

I have been a carnivore for a year and half. I love the lifestyle but have not lost any fat but I drink one 8 oz of raw milk every morning before I workout which may be keeping my tummy plump.

Hate to mention this but protein can cause an insulin spike, and this effect is called insulinotropic.. eating once a day is what limits your insulin from spiking. and can cause weight loss... I lose .74 lbs average by fasting for at least 20 hours and by eating 1x per day... at the most eating during a 4-hour window. I also eat before 3 PM...

phew! all these influencers ! everyday there is a new video of one day asking to eat only meat, the very next day is about doing a 2-2-2-2 diet, the third some otherโ€ฆโ€ฆ.guts get real and allow users to understand the correct process. stop making it difficult and i tried 3 ways mentioned and it simply doesnโ€™t work. rather ended in hospital.

No, getting into proper ketosis is more involved than whatโ€™s being presented here. The body will burn whichever macro is most plentiful be that protein, fat or carbs. Too much lean protein will knock you out or ketosis. The emphasis must b me on high fat.
