Actually, I watched a video of Vsauce saying that he found a description of human meat, and that human meat tastes like fully developed veal, but not yet beef.
Edit: You would also die before because of the deadly kuru disease, caused by prions.

It doesn’t necessarily have to be human flesh. If you ate any kind of meat your whole life without eating anything else similar things would occur, I mean there’s many cannibalistic tribes out there and they don’t have yellow skin because they eat other things as well

I was talking with 2 friends about Latin American tradition to eat animal innards. Someone said that they don't want to eat "cabeza" (head in Spanish) because it looked like a brain, but one of them who is Mexican said that "cabeza" is actually an animal's cheek, not brain. I said "if you actually eat brains, it will poison you." And then they know what I'm talking about and they're making reference to the Kuru disease.
