Nice video, my first sales job was in telesales and I learnt to love it.

I found it helped me learn to deal with rejection as the next customer is only a dial away. Like you say, telesales is a numbers game.

I also found that standing while teleselling worked well for me as my tone and general energy improved in my voice when I was doing that.
