I used to work at some old food joint with a few colleagues and friends and we would sometimes add a small “surprise” to our rude customers food.
You might think it’s something like spit or pee and whatnot but it would be something like extra fries or a free drink with their food, sometimes people are having a bad day and you just need to cheer them up.

As a fast food worker I can say the Arby's I work at is as clean as possible because I close there 4 days a week. I always make sure customers get fresh food aswell. (On a side note I love it when customers are nice and understanding because when there is only two of us taking orders, collecting, and making sandwiches for a random rush there is a whole lot on my mind at once.) 😅
