Wow thanks for saying this, I never really ran and at 31 am working on my zone 2 and I'm an absolute snail. Like 17:30min miles to stay in zone 2 and it's so frustrating because I have so much energy but I just have to stay patient 😅

I honestly really needed to hear this, right now I run out of breath after like 1 minute of running abd I have been trying to run everyday now for 10 mins on the treadmill at 12km/h running for 1 min then rest walking at 5km/h for 2 min. But now I’ve managed to do it for 1.5 mins running and 1.5 mins rest walking (it’s been 2 weeks now) and I’m very happy but still putting myself down for not being able run far or just for absolutely hating running because I am surrounded by people who love it. I don’t know if I will ever like running but it is one of the best exercises for your health so I have to do it 😢😂
