I wanted to do something special for my birthday, so I decided to splurge for a fancy dinner, eating at the world's only 3 Michelin star vegan restaurant: Eleven Madison Park in New York City. it was even voted the best restaurant in the world in 2017 and I wouldn't be surprised if it was the most expensive vegan restaurant in the world too. documented the whole thing cuz i knew it wasn't something i'd be doing often and wanted to remember all the details. such a cool experience.

As a New Yorker I’ll give you some advice, don’t waste your time or your money. If you care about doing something good for the planet go to wholefoods and donate the rest of the $450 to a person who is in dire need and can use it 1000 times better than you.
