My volvoxc60 T5 2014 model sametime popped low engine coolant and sadden disappeared when increasing speed and getting back to lower speed that time it appears and it goes back when speed is low

How do you change the hoses connected to the coolant recovery tank?

I had a warning pop up that my coolant was low and to turn off the engine. I called the service department and the guy said to add water. Is that right? I thought I read that you shouldn’t add just water.
