I BUILT MY WRECKED MERCEDES C63 INTO A 4 DOOR AMG BLACK SERIES

This Mercedes C63 W204 is not a fast fix, i bought a black series bodykit for it to completely transform the looks of it when i finally get it back on the road. The hardest part of installing the kit has to be the rear end as its over 70mm wider that original and the rear arches are boded to the body panels leaving no room for error! Along with that i have a bunch more electrical and mechanical problems that i need to fix.

In terms of the lights on dashboard, as a mechanic with 20 years experience, i can help you with one of those lights, its a common issue on these cars, so to fix the yellow one that looks like a petrol can, you need to drive it to a petrol station and fill it up, after that the light should be gone

Never grind/sand down fibreglass without a mask on it can seriously fuck your lungs up.

Love the car but the bare metal will rust behind the body kit. Scuffing the existing paint would have been enough for a good key.

Hey matt little tip I'd use tiger seal or windowscreen bond next time for arches alot more moving time till it goes off. I'm in the trade and I'd say the 2k glue you used may crack and come away over time 👍

Hi matt the fuse is underneath that connector you have just put on it should be around 200 amp fuse. what you have replaced just tells you the fuse is ok

Hi, I dare say someone else has left a comment on this already, but definitely wear a mask when cutting/sanding fibreglass dude, it’s super dangerous to breathe in and can cause serious health implications further down the road (no pun intended lol)
