Most people label all fats as bad and lump them all together in a box. The truth is that all fats are not created equal. There are good fats, questionable fats and bad fats. Our government, media, scientists and doctors have advised us to eat the wrong types of fats for too long.⁣⁣

In this episode of The Doctor’s Farmacy, I explain why hydrogenated oils have a negative impact on our health, and why you should try to avoid them.

So is black seed and pumpkin seed oil bad as well? I hear if you heat up extra virgin olive oil it changes it from healthy fat to bad one as well.

I cut my fries. Then i put them in airfryer 160 degrees for 12 minutes or so.
Then i heat up a pan with either beef tallow or coconut oil. Then i stir fry the fries in there for a bit.
Afterwards i throw them back int he airfryer at 200 degrees until they are ready.
The issue with these fats is they are hard on room temparature so this method works well to spread the oil evenly.

Can you please comment on the safety of using EVVO and/or avocado oil to lightly stir fry some vegetables. Also, I use a little avocado oil when I bake a piece of fish or prepare it on the stovetop. Thank you.
