Thank you for being so inspiring!
I first saw you in a dog video on Buzzfeed and I’ve been following you ever since. Only recently though, I’ve decided to make a lifestyle change to better my health. I’ve started eating clean (plant based diet) and am working out 3 times a day.
You have been such a big part of my motivation!!! Idk if you’ll read this, but just know that you’re making a difference and changing lives❤️❤️❤️

Dude I feel you, it took me over a year to PR my deadlift until recently. Thank God, because I have a meet coming up, but progress can be SO SLOW, especially once you're GOOD at what you do, progress moves so slowly, but its something you get addicted to- like a hobby. You don't always do it JUST for progress- its just fun!

I love watching your videos and seeing how you progress, slow and steady! I’m having impatience issues right now- I want to look and be a certain way right now!! It’s been almost a year since I started lifting. I know that isn’t long, but... I don’t know what life will throw at me, and I’d like to, at least once, know what it’s like to feel really fit and strong.
But, watching you work and talk about your journey is helpful :)

Love that feeling. Every time my mins for 1 mile goes down, or my longest ran or I can do something I couldn't do before it feels so great. It's a good reminder that you're not just going through the motions and that you're getting healthier or stronger or have a better technique. Very cool feeling that totally motivates me for a while.

One example comes from your channel actually. The first time I did that Demi Levato workout I couldn't finish 3 rounds. Now that workout is totally easy and I look for ways to make it trickier. Good stuff!

Thank you for this video! I’ve had some great days and bad days... and on the bad days I feel so bummed but this just inspired me to not let those days effect me and that I will get through it. Btw good luck at that open!

i'll start weight lifting cause of you... i live in a country where it's not so common yet for women to do so, so i was kind of worried... but then i noticed.. i do kickboxing since ages, i do roller derby, i train my body every single day... i love it, it's my antidepressant i believe XD.. it would be so beneficial for me to start with lifting heavier weights.... and kickboxing isn't seen as traditionally female either so... who cares...

I think you will do great because you don't give up you continue to push as hard as you can. You also have a partner to keep you motivated which is a great thing. Btw I love you jordan.♥♥♥

Do you have any thoughts on doing the Open while also on a cut? I'd be interested to hear if you strategize around that at all.

Do you ever find that you get joint problems or pain from the jerky movements with high weight? I know this is sped but that's something about crossfit I've always been curious about.
