Valve (or nvidia) has blocked in game filters for cs2 so this video no longer works

you have a 40 series you can use nvidia overlay overclock feature to make up for that fps loss . you can leave the temp if you dont want it to run hot, and its stable even if you max everything out

If when u press alt+f3 to open game filters and its not showing the profiles or any other option uninstall geforce experience and any other nvidia drivers then restart pc download geforce experience again and download the drivers from there and then choose custom installation and then click on clean install
