Kahlua and coffee foam

spec:
175ml egg white
75ml Kahlua ( Coffee liqueur )
15ml Sugar syrup
15ml double cream
4 cardamom seeds (smashed)

Method : Mix all ingredients into the siphon , discharge 1 charger of nitrous oxide , shake well and repreat one more time.
Keep it in the fridge for 2hours. And its ready to use.
