So proud of these men who go into cry close quarters to deliver our Navy SEALs and special forces to their appointed target. My dad, a very proud retired master chief always talked about these men who do so much for our fighting special forces. They were all known as MEN WITH GREEN FACES. Dad said it's because when he was inserted into a landing zone with his team they enemy got to see the GREEN FACES and then lights out. SO PROUD OF YOU ALL. Thank you for risking it all for our freedoms. All Hail the US Navy SEALs, EOD and UDT.

I was in SWCC from 91-94 at Little Creek with SEAL TEAMS 2 & 4. Best and worst time of my life. I got out in 1997 and found financial success in L.A. real estate. However, I wouldn't trade my time at SWCC and I haven't found anything better to replace it since I left. It was what I was truly meant to do and I will always yearn for it.

This is an updated version of the “brown water NAVY” back during Vietnam. That were river patrol boats back then. Patrolling, insertion, extraction, what ever it took. Glad to see it’s still running strong. As a GM from the 70’s era I’m proud of you men, another name for them is the Alligator Navy. Go get’em boys!!!

If you are thinking what the glow stick and string are for that is to inform where the seals are so the guys on the boat know not to shoot where the glowing circles are.The glow sticks are visible through smoke.

The original SWCC's were BSU-1 MST team members deployed to South Vietnam. BSU-1 MST det Delta, Dong Tam May- Nov. '71 as support for November platoon. After our time in the unit, for me - 5 years, we went back to the fleet where we were facing years out of our rate and had less chance of promotion. Glad to see SWCC is now a career.
