Could you please do pre and post running stretches to warm up and cool down! I cant find a decent video anywhere :)

It would also be wonderful if you could create workout pdf's about the video so we can take this to the gym with us! i know it would be more work but it would great for those who are unable to do the video's at home! :) just a suggestion! thanks!
