Hip drive = Folding over (GM Squat)
Especially long femur lifters
Don't TRY and drive hips up
INSTEAD drive them forward i.e. EXTEND YOUR HIPS
Hip Extensors come into play heavily in the low bar squat. Why would you bring more muscles into play and not use them???? RIP teaches us not to drive them forward but yet drives them forward in his own squatting lmao. Youtube "Rip Squat". The same reason he speaks on hamstrings should be the same reason he should teach to get the hips closer to the bar using your dominant HIP EXTENSORS, I.e. Glutes, Hamstrings, and oh your biggest primary mover in the squat... ADDUCTORS. HIP DRAAVE is 100% the worst que EVER
