Thanks for pointing out the difference between motion and action. After I stopped planning my content - which I did for several years - and just started to record it and forced myself to let go of my perfectionistic behavior, I know now what happened and what I did. It's the first step we need to take and from there, it's all about discipline. As humans we get used to things so quickly and now I am able to deliver content regularly, which makes me hella proud. This video will help a lot of peeps, thanks for your work!

All your videos are pure gold. It's great how I entered into spirituality, letting go and acceptance and came across your channel at the same time. It's like everything I learn gets reinforced after watching these videos. Thanks for the quality content Clark!

When I was younger I found your channel but I don’t think I was ready for it then. Now that I’m a bit older I’m like he makes so much sense ! And I’m so grateful for your content

I must say that for those of us who've been watching your videos years ago (or from years ago) your own growth is evident. I love that when I watch your vids now I can see how much you've learned (isn't it strange that your growth makes me happy even though I don't know you?). And even though you yourself are reading a lot of books, even if you are citing some ideas, there are still a lot of insights you seem to have come up on your own. These are the proof that what you talk about is working. Your insights are new and fresh to me, even though many of those things I have known myself instinctively, only when I consciously process them (e.g. by listening to your video) I can consciously control and utilize them to my best advantage.
In my eyes you have become a modern day philosopher/hermit (a compliment :) ). Your videos are so packed with useful information and ideas that I try not to watch too many too often as too much information provided at once usually does not stick with me. But I come back regularly. I am very grateful for what you do and I wish you all the best!

I really love your content man! Keep the videos coming! I feel like I'm figuring out my life at 41; have never been happier and more content (and it's honestly been the hardest past 5 years of my life) thanks for helping point the way to that!

This video was so insightful and helpful! Clark shares five valuable lessons he learned from his decade-long journey of self-improvement. He emphasizes the importance of being patient, persistent, and open to learning new things. These lessons can be applied to various aspects of life, not just personal growth. Thank you for sharing this enlightening content, Clark.

This is such an educational video! Props to u man. I like the idea of removing all the personal narratives. Like u said look at the objective side of your problems rather than your subjective feelings. We, humans, are experts at finding excuses. We easily can get tempted by our common sense, which distracts us from making the actual effective decisions that save us time and money. Self-control is key. Procrastination is fear. The human brain and problems are so complex. It is our own job to simplify and make the solutions, which is easier said than done.

Wayne Dyer used to always say "just do it" don't worry about the initial quality it will get to where it needs to be. This is my favorite content you have delivered so far. Very relevant for me at this time. 50 yrs old and am amazing journey. Love it!
