On this scene we can check out Harry, Ron and Hermione arriving at Hogwarts through a secret passage with Neville... Harry tells the other students they need to find the rest of the Horcruxes, only then, Voldemort will be defeated, but Ginny warns that Snape knows that Harry was seen in Hogsmeade!

No one is going to mention how Neville basically took over the DA? He stood up when Harry was gone and led the charge at Hogwarts. He really developed and became one of the best side characters in the series.

I love how Harry hugs Dean and Seamus immediately. It's easy to forget in the movies how well he knew them. They shared a room for 6 years.
