In today's video I'm going to share How to Get Your Period Back After Birth Control. I was on birth control for 10 years before deciding to go off the pill so I could experience my natural cycle, without the impact of a pill controlling my hormones. When I finally made the jump at got off the pill, I lost my period for 2 full years afterwards! I had to change my diet, my supplements, and how frequently I ate... in addition to learning how to manage my stress and cortisol so that my body could get back to a regular menstrual cycle! Now, my period comes like clockwork every month, and I even got rid of severe cramping that I once had.
