Spiritual bypassing love and light is trash also people who use the term victim mentality are those who use spiritual bypassing and gaslighting techniques ignoring trauma and pain and those that hurt you is not victim mentality.. trauma is a lesson to teach you what and how not to act towards someone or yourself, your feelings your anger is valid not to be ignored you were a victim don't gaslight yourself to say you weren't when you did not deserve that level of hurt and trauma bestowed upon you. Transmuting is the way but do not gaslight your own experience in the process

Some of this video, in my opinion is good, and some of it is not really what it could be. Yes, we do need to reduce the suffering, but not just the suffering, the injustice. With or without God (or god) we do have problems, and we need to solve them. We need to solve the problems in society. Does there need to be a "mob" ? Not necessarily. There needs to be a change in the culture, where the culture is not going right. It has nothing to do with religion as much as Jordan Peterson would like to link it to religion. It has everything to do with where we have problems, solve them. Bounce back! And yes, where injustice has been done to you, when you realise how you can change that, change it!
