But what you might not know is the drama has continued off of the air too, when Rick, Corey, and Chumlee are not dealing with the drama of negotiating deals on the show, they’re dealing with their own incredibly messy lives.

In the summer of 2015, I had the incredible opportunity to meet the Pawn Stars crew right in Las Vegas. While grabbing a bite at a local diner, I spotted Rick and his son, Big Haus, enjoying a meal together. Approaching their table, I was met with genuine warmth and kindness. We shared a few laughs, especially about some of Chumlee's dumb ass moves. However, the highlight of the encounter was when Chumlee and his mom, who happened to be visiting, joined us. Their infectious energy and down-to-earth personalities made the evening unforgettable. Later, I couldn't resist paying a visit to the Pawn Stars shop just a few blocks away, hoping to catch a glimpse of the late Old Man and pay my respects. Despite not meeting him, the experience left me with a sense of nostalgia and appreciation for the show's impact. While saddened by Chumlee's legal troubles and Big Haus's challenges, I remain hopeful for their futures, wishing them continued success and personal growth.

I believe that most healthy non-drinking adults could not pass those field sobriety tests. I've tried them at home and I can't.

Jeez.. Mom is 81 years old with numerous health issues. She just just leave the pawn shop and finances to Rick to deal with..as long as he covers her medical expenses each month.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rick and his son, Big Haus back in 2012 at the Terribles Herbst service station where I was employed at. Real down to earth guys. We talked briefly and had a few laughs(about the Chumlee's antics). I was saddened to hear about the old man's passing in 2018, so I visited the Pawn Stars location which was only a few blocks away from my apartment in downtown Las Vegas. I sure do wish that I met good ole"dad". Thanks for your Naval service, sir. I was even more bummed out hearing about Chumlee's legal issues and his uncertain marriage life. But it's good to hear that he did the right thing to avoid prison time.I hope to be able to meet Chumlee and wish him nothing but continue success. As for Big Haus. God willing he will seek counseling and be able to get on with his life . God bless, brother.

Rick should handle this family situation out of court if he can. Between the two of them they will be giving the courts 60% that could be going to them. Second it is a son's responsibility to care for his mother. Not to mention respect for his father.

I'm from the US and been of drinking age for multiple decades. In all that time I can count on one hand how many times I had a alcoholic beverage. When I did have that alcoholic beverage it was while I was at home and afterwards stayed at home.

The crazy part of this is I can easily see how the Pawn shop business could deteriorate I still didn't envision it exactly self destructing in this fashion though.

His mom doesn't want control of the Pawn Shop. 😂 She wants money. Personally, if I had that kind of dough, my mom would be living on easy-street! But who knows... i guess we'll see what unfolds.

Not surprised by Cory or Chumly's troubles that's par for course when you become famous. What's truly heartbreaking is the tragic breakdown in family dynamics when a mother sues her own son. How incredibly sad is that? ☹️
