The Most Underrated Core Exercise - Best Plank Tutorial. This video shows a step by step guide on how to master the plank. The plank is one of the best core strengthening exercises. Building core strength from isometric/ static positions is one of the most effective ways in my opinion. Make sure to keep a neutral hand placement, protract the scapula, adopt a posterior pelvic tilt and remember to breath. Those are the main points I wanted to convey in this video.
