Introduction to android debugging using android studio 2.0

This is an introduction to a new tutorial series giving an overview of android debugging using android studio 2.0

It also covers what can be involved when migrating an android studio project from 1.5 to 2.0

Mobile application tutorials only supports Nexus devices running on the last version of android OS.
But for the purposes of the android debugging tutorial series a Samsung Note 4 device will be used as a comparison against the Nexus 5x device.
