Why is my android usb debugging working in reverse. When i turn it off i can connect my pc and see the android phone drive, when i turn it on i cant access phone. It never used to do that.

Do you know why my USB debugging would be working in reverse? My laptop will only display my phone files on it if USB debugging is turned OFF. If I toggle to ON, the files immediately disappear.

Ty for the information. But I have one question. Is USB debugging mode the same as OTG connection? Cause I dont have the OTG connection button on my samsung phone. I need to connect my keyboard and mouse to my samsung a71 phone. But I dont have the OTG connection button on my settings. So I searched on how to fix this and I keep getting video recommendations on USB debugging/ USB tethering . Are these two similar to OTG connection?

I've made a big mistake, after reset the phone it pop up android robot then I'm wait so long time until battery dry then it turned off.. then after fully charging, it stuck on Xperia logo while i turned back on.. I've tried everything with fastboot (blue light) but it won't work because usb debug not enable.. i have no idea anymore, can you help me? XA dual
